Steinlog
Terms of Service
Last updated: 21 June 2026
1. General
These terms govern the use of the Steinlog service, provided electronically by Dago Digital Michał Walpole-Skwarczyński, a sole proprietorship registered in Poland (the CEIDG business register), at ul. Prezydenta Lecha Kaczyńskiego 10E/11, 80-373 Gdańsk, Poland (NIP 9570839810), referred to below as the “Provider”. Contact: michal@dagodigital.com, phone +48 789 360 379.
2. Definitions
- Service / Steinlog — a web application for preparing bids in public construction procurement, available at steinlog.dagodigital.com.
- User — a business using the Service in the course of its activity.
- Organisation — the company (the unit of access) that groups users and their materials.
- Consortium — collaboration of separate organisations on a joint bid within the Service.
3. Scope and nature of the Service
Steinlog is a preparation tool: it supports uploading documents, assembling a bid with your team and consortium partners, checking readiness (the compliance gate) and preparing a packaged, provenance-marked bundle for signing.
The Service does not submit the bid on the User's behalf and does not transmit it to the contracting authority — signing and submitting the bid on the relevant procurement platform is the User's responsibility. The Service does not guarantee that a bid will be admitted, that it will comply with the requirements of a particular procedure, or that it will win; responsibility for the content and timely submission of the bid rests with the User.
4. Account and contract
Using the Service requires creating an account and accepting these terms. The contract for the electronic provision of the Service is concluded upon account registration and applies for the duration of use. Content presented on the site does not constitute a binding offer.
5. Acceptable use
- The User uses the Service in accordance with the law and these terms, and is responsible for keeping login credentials confidential.
- The User warrants that it is entitled to process the materials it uploads and the data they contain, and that they do not infringe third-party rights.
- Providing unlawful content, or any action that threatens the security or stability of the Service, is prohibited.
6. Intellectual property
Rights to the Service, its software and design belong to the Provider. Materials uploaded by the User remain the User's property; the User grants the Provider a limited licence to process them only to the extent necessary to provide the Service.
7. Availability
The Provider exercises due care to keep the Service working correctly and continuously, but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. Technical breaks and maintenance may occur.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Provider is not liable for the consequences of the User's bid decisions, for the non-submission or late submission of a bid, or for a bid's non-compliance with the requirements of a procedure. The provenance mechanisms and event log provide an evidentiary trail (a record that allows changes to be detected); they are not a guarantee that documents cannot be altered.
9. Fees and payment
Where use of the Service is paid, prices and payment terms are set out in the price list or a separate agreement. Prices are stated net; applicable VAT is added in accordance with the law.
10. Complaints
Complaints can be submitted to michal@dagodigital.com. We handle them promptly, no later than within 14 days of receipt.
11. Personal data
The processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
12. Termination
The User may stop using the Service and delete the account at any time. The Provider may terminate the contract in the event of a material breach of these terms, respecting the User's rights to its data.
13. Governing law and final provisions
Matters not covered here are governed by Polish law, in particular the Civil Code and the Act on the provision of electronic services. These terms may be updated — the version published on this page, with its date, applies.
