This notice covers the free tools on this site. We keep it short and specific to what those tools actually do.
What we collect
Your email address, and basic request metadata (IP address, browser) for security and anti-abuse. Files you upload are parsed in memory and never stored; we keep only a small non-personal summary of the result (e.g. line counts).
Why we may use it
We email your result on the basis of your request (legitimate interest in delivering what you asked for and preventing abuse). We only send marketing follow-ups if you tick the separate consent box — that is consent, and you can withdraw it anytime.
How long we keep it
IP address and browser details are deleted after 90 days. If you did not opt in to marketing, your lead record is deleted after 180 days of inactivity. If you opted in, we keep it until you unsubscribe.
How we use public data (TED)
If we personalise a follow-up, we may use award notices published in the EU's Tender Electronic Daily (TED). This is public procurement data; we name it here as the specific source under GDPR Art. 14.
Your rights
You can ask us to access or delete your data, or unsubscribe, at any time.
